Just I need to serve along with tomato ketchup for sandwich and curds for paratha. I had left over Spring Onion-Aloo filling when i prepared for paratha. I am using same filling for making sandwich.

Bun Egg Omelette
Bun egg omelette can be served for breakfast or it can be packed in snacks box or lunch box for kids. It can be prepared when we are running out of time. Adding egg in this makes more healthier instead of serving just bun to kids. Coriander chutney and mayo can be skipped if it is not available in the kitchen.

Shankarpali
Shankarpali takes me to my childhood. Myself and my brother had named it as chilli biscuits but not sure why we kept this name. My mom used to prepare two variations; One is sweet version and other is spicy using green chillies. Later we came to know that shankarpali is from Maharashtra. Here I have followed my mom’s recipe. Its very easy to prepare.

Kothu Parota with left over sabji
Hi
All,
I
am back with a recipe of Kothu Parota. My cook had prepared chapathi and
onion-tomato based sabji for my dinner but I didn’t have a mood to have
chapati. Last time, when I had been to Jr. Kuppanna restaurant in Koramanagala,
Bangalore , I
had Egg Kothu parota and it was super awesome and tasty. I thought of preparing
kothu parota/chapathi with chapathi and sabji. Kothu Parota is a delicacy
popular in the South Indian
state of Tamil Nadu. It is based on a Sri Lankan version where it originated as
Kothu Roti.
