Bendi Pakoda



Hello,

Today I was getting bored, so thought of experimenting with Lady Fingers. I prepared garam garam bendekayi fry. It’s very simple recipe and it doesn’t take much time to prepare.

Recipe for Bendi Pakonda... 




Ingredients:-

For filling,
Til - 1 tbsp
Powdered ground nut - 1/2 bowl
Powdered Jeera - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Chopped Coriander

For coating,
General flour
Salt for taste
Red chilli powder for taste
Pinch of baking soda

Oil for frying

Preparation:- 

1) Mix all the ingredients mentioned under filling section 
2) Slit the Lady Finger vertically and fill with filling masala and keep it aside
3) Heat the Oil up to 180 c
4) Mix the general flour, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder with water to take Idly atta consistency. 
5) Dip the filled lady finger into the flour atta and put it into the oil. Fry till it turns golden colour.

This can be prepared in snacks time along with coffee or Tea.
I totally forgot to take the pic of the pakoda. I will update the pic when I prepare again.
