Chicken Kheema Cutlet / Minced Chicken Patties

Chicken kheema cutlet is crispy from outside and delicious inside and all time favorite for kids. It can be prepared as quick finger food for parties. My both kids love this chicken kheema cutlet. It can be prepared with shredded chicken but I prefer minced chicken over shredded chicken.

I prepared these cutlets on valentine's day for my two little valentines. I am posting the recipe after three days.

Step 6 : Divide the mixture into a small balls and make patties or desired shape.

Step 7 : In a three different bowls, keep maida for dusting cutlet, beaten egg for dipping cutlet and bread crumbs for coating the cutlet.

Step 9 : Patties can be shallow fry or deep fry. Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, then place cutlets in a oil and fry both the sides till it turns golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oil and drain it.
