Pav/Buns – 6
Butter/oil for toasting

I used chutney powder/ gun powder instead of Red chilli sauce and left over spinach chutney instead of green chutney.

Method:

Step 1 : Peel the skin from the boiled potato and mash it.

Step 2 : Add all the ingredients into mashed potato and mix well.

Step 3 : Make balls and keep it aside as shown in the pic.

Step 4 : Mix all the ingredients .to prepare a batter in a bowl

Step 5 : Heat oil for frying the vada

Step 6 : Dip the ball in the batter and fry it in oil turning both the sides until it becomes golden brown

Step 7 : Heat tawa and add a spoon of butter/oil into it. Split the bun in middle and toast the buns on tawa. Spread the green chutney/spinach chutney on one side and the red chutney/gun powder on the other side.

Step 8 : Place the vada in between and serve hot with more green chutney or Tomato ketchup.
