Milk             - 500 ml
Sugar            - 6 to 8 tbsp
Cinnamon powder  - 1/4 tsp
Butter           - 1 tsp
Lemon juice      - 1 tsp

Step 1 : Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup of Milk from 500 ml. Keep remaining milk for boiling. Once the milk starts boiling, add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves completely. Add custard powder-milk mix to the milk slowly and stir continuously in a low flame to avoid forming lumps. Keep stirring to avoid lumps or any burning at the bottom of the vessel. Once it becomes thick, switch off the stove and allow it to cool. Pour custard into pudding bowl or individual serving bowl and keep it in the refrigerator.

Step 2 : Wash apple in water and peel and cut apple into cubes. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of butter, add apple, 1 tbsp of sugar and cinnamon powder into it.

Step 3 : Cook/stew the apples but do not over cook it. Switch off the stove and add lemon juice into it and mix well. Once the stewed apple is cool to room temperature, then top it over custard with stewed apple. Keep back to the fridge.
