Sesame soya chicken is one of the easiest chicken starter which can be prepared with few ingredients and less time. It can be served as a starter or along with piping hot rice.

Salt to taste

Method:

Step 1 : Heat oil in a pan or wok and add ginger garlic paste and fry for 30 sec to 1 min.

Step 2 : Wash and dice chicken into medium size pieces. Add chicken pieces into wok and sear on all sides. Add salt and sugar and allow to cook for 5 mins.

Step 3 : Add soya sauce and chilli flakes and coat chicken well and cover it. Let it cook on a low flame till the chicken cook completely. In between check chicken whether it is dried completely. If it dries then sprinkle little water.

Step 4 : Once the chicken cooks completely then add pepper powder and roasted sesame and mix well. Switch off the stove. Serve hot as a starter or can be served along with rice.
