Chicken Leg Roast / Chicken Leg Fry


Chicken Leg Roast or fry is one more simple and juicy chicken recipe where chicken leg pieces are marinated with spices and roasted or fried on tawa. It's taste take to next level when it is served along with pudina chutney. It can be make more spicy by adding red chilli powder.


Ingredients:

For Marination:

Chicken Leg            - 4 pieces
Ginger Garlic paste    - 1 tbsp
Garam masala           - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder       - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder      - 1 tbsp
Maida                  - 1 tbsp
Cornflour              - 1 tbsp
Curd                   - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice            - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients mentioned under marination in a mixing bowl and marinate to chicken leg pieces. Keep the marination for 30mins.

Step 2 : Chicken leg piece can be deep fried or shallow fry. I prefer shallow fry. Heat oil in a kadai and fry chicken leg pieces on all the sides till it roast completely. It can be serve with Onion, lemon and pudina chutney.
