Badam milk is very healthy and tasty drink for both kids and elders. It can be served both cold or hot according to the season.
Ingredients:
Almonds - 1 Cup
Unsalted Pistachios - 1/2 Cup
Saffron - 10 to 15 strands
Cardamom - 3 to 4
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Method:
Step 1 : Roast all the nuts in low flame or microwave in an oven with an interval of every 2 mins till crisp. Allow to cool completely.
Step 2 : There should not be moisture in the ingredients as well as in the grinding jar. Add all the ingredients in the grinding jar and grind the mixture for 30 secs interval otherwise almond starts leaving oil from it. Grind at a stretch of maximum 30 secs every time.
Step 3 : Transfer into an air tight jar.

Milk - 1 Cup
Almond-pistachios mix - 3 tsp
Sugar for extra sweetness
Method:
Add 3 tsp of badam mix into the boiling milk and stir for 30 secs to 60 secs or powder mixes completely with milk. It can be served hot or chilled.
Tips:
Powder can be used in Kheer, Payasam, Cake batter or cookies dough other than just preparing Badam Milk.
