DIY : Lip Balm

EOS lip balm comes with a cute small container. I didn’t want to through these boxes; Got an idea of preparing lip balm at home. This lip balm can be prepared within 5 mins. Ingredients used in this DIY are readily available at home. Here I have recycled my plain lip balm and little lip stick as a stain to the lip balm. 

 

Ingredients:
 
Beeswax : 4 tbsp
Coconut oil : 4 tbsp
Lip Stick : 1/4 lip stick

Method:

Step 1: Take beeswax and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in a microwave for 3o secs interval, till it melts completely.

Step 2: Add lipstick into it and mix well.

Step 3: Pour the content into the EOS container and allow it to set completely.

Step 4: Fix back the EOS container to the lid and slowly open the lid.

Note : If you don’t want to use the microwave, then a double boiler works as well.Here I have recycled my EOS left over lipbalm and plain lip balm.
