Chicken Burger



Super tasty, quick, easy Chicken Burger made with seasoned minced chicken patty and topped with vegetables and cheese.


Ingredients:

For Patties (for 18 to 20 patties)

Minced Chicken          - 1 KG
Onion                   - 1 large
Ginger Garlic paste     - 2 tbsp
Green chillies          - 6
Red chilli powder       - 2 tsp (as per your taste bud)
Pepper powder           - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves        - 1/4 cup
Egg                     - 1
Butter or Oil           - 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream             - 4 to 5 tbsp
Soya Sauce              - 2 tsp
Corn flour              - 8 tbsp
Mix herbs               - 2 tsp (Optional)
Salt to taste

For Patty Coating: 

Fresh Bread Crumbs      - 1/2 cup
Milk                    - 1/2 cup
Egg                     - 1 cup

For Burger sauce:

Mayonnaise              - 1/2 cup
Tomato Ketchup          - 1/4 cup
Fresh Cream             - 1/4 cup

Burger Buns             - 18 to 20
Cheese slices           - 18 to 20 (Optional)
Iceberg Lettuce
Thinly sliced Tomatoes
Thinly sliced Onion rings
Thinly sliced cucumber

Method:

Step 1 : Take all the ingredients mentioned for preparing patties in a large enough mixer grinder jar and blend it. Transfer the patty into a large bowl. 

Step 2 : Whisk egg and milk in a wide bowl and spread bread crumbs in a plate. Make a round patty. First dip patty in a egg milk mixture and then coat it with bread crumbs on both sides. You can freeze these pattice in a freezer and can prepare later. 

Step 3 : Heat oil in a pan, place patties in and fry till golden on both sides 

Step 4 : Slice buns into two halve and keep it aside. Prepare burger sauce by mixing Mayo, Fresh cream and ketchup in a bowl. Heat your grill pan or dosa tawa, place burger bun and slightly toast on both sides. 

Step 5 : Take lower part of half bun, spread burger sauce on it. Place patties on top, top with onion, cucumber, tomato slices and place other half bun on top. Serve with tomato ketchup and french fries.
