Biscuit Custard Pudding

Stay home and Stay safe, It's Lockdown time. Do you have cravings for sweet and don't have much ingredients to prepare, then go for this pudding with minimal ingredients. 
Ingredients: 

Marie Biscuits          - 20
Custard powder          - 4 tbsp ( Vanilla flavor)
Milk                    - 500 ml
Sugar                   - as per taste
Water                   - 5 tbsp

Instant Coffee powder   - 1 tbsp
Chocolate Savings or Chocolate sauce

Method:

Step 1 : Mix instant coffee powder in a hot water and keep it aside.


Step 2 : In a small bowl, add custard powder in little milk and mix well till it dissolves without any lumps. Keep remaining milk for boiling. Once milk starts boiling , add sugar and stir well and if more sweetness required then add little more sugar into it. Now add custard powder paste into boiling milk. Keeping on a low flame and keep stirring milk till custard thickens and should be flowing consistency. It won't take more than 5 mins.

Step 3 : Dip each biscuit in coffee decoction for a second and arrange it in a tin and layer the base of the tin. Pour generous amount of prepared custard to make a thin layer of custard. Repeat two more layer of biscuit and custard alternatively. Topped the layer with grated chocolate or Chocolate savings or chocolate sauce. Place it in a fridge atleast for 5 hours and serve chill.

Note : Any other biscuits can be used instead of Marie Biscuits, like Krackjack, Milk bikis and even Oreo or Hide & Seek.
