White chocolate bounty balls / White chocolate coated coconut balls


White chocolate bounty balls are easy to prepare and require less time and less ingredients and less messy to prepare. This can be prepared along with your kids and definitely they will enjoy preparing these chocolate-coconut balls. They have named these as Raffaello.

 
Ingredients :


Desiccated coconut - 1 cup
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Chopped White chocolate - 1 cup



Method :


Step 1 : In a bowl, add desiccated coconut and condensed milk and mix well with a spatula/spoon or even with your hand.


Step 2 : Dough will be sticky. Hence apply little oil on your hands and make small round balls out of dough and arrange in a plate as shown in pic. Place it in a fridge for at least an hour for setting.


Step 3: In a microwave safe bowl or in a double boiler method, melt the white chocolate. Take one coconut ball at a time and dip in the melted white chocolate to give a nice coat on coconut ball and arrange on parchment paper.


Step 4: Set it in a fridge for at least 1 to 2 hrs before serving. Even it can be decorated by milk / dark chocolate lines as shown in pic.
