Chicken Sandwich

At our Home, we prepare bread varieties for Saturday Breakfast. It can be sandwiches or bread omelet or french toast. Every time, I need to think about a twist for sandwiches and at the same time about nutrients value added for breakfast. You can make kids to eat any vegetables inside Sandwiches or Paratha. 




Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 cup (Cooked & Shredded)
Big Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 2 finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn
Garam Masala - 1/2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Bread
Butter (Optional)
Cheese Spread or Cheese Slice (Optional)
Tomato Ketchup

Method:

Step 1 : Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and saute well. Add tomato and fry till juice evaporates. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and Mix well. Fry for 2 mins.

Step 2: Add shredded chicken and mix well with onion and tomato. Later add 4 eggs into it and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Step 3 : Take a bread slice, apply thin layer of cheese spread and tomato ketchup on both the bread slice. In a slice of bread, spread the mix and sprinkle some cheese in the middle or place a cheese slice.

Step 4 : Pre-heat the grill for 2 to 3 mins or till the green light is On. Place it on the grill pan and grill till it turns golden crisp lines over the sandwich.

Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
