Mango Sorbet


Mango Sorbet is must try for mango lovers and especially for kids. Its very easy to prepare and need only 3 ingredients. One should try this recipe during Summer season. Even we can prepare during other seasons if we get frozen mango. In this recipe, I have used directly sugar powder instead of sugar syrup. This made sorbet very soft.



Ingredients:

Mango Pulp : 1 Cup
Sugar powder : 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp

Method:

Step 1 : Slice the mangoes and blend it in a blender to get mango puree

Step 2 : Add sugar powder and lemon juice into the same blender and blend it again.

Step 3 : Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for two hours

Step 4 : After 2 hrs, scrap the mango sorbet using fork and blend the sorbet in a blender. To get a smooth Mango sorbet, repeat Step 3 and Step 4 at least two to three times

Step 5 : After 5 to 6 hrs, scoop Mango sorbet and serve.
