Chicken Fingers


These golden fried crunchy chicken strips are all time favorite for my kids. It takes less time and can be a good finger food during home parties. 
 

Ingredients:

Chicken breast      – 250 grams
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper        - 1/2 tsp
Oregano             - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes       - 1 tsp (Optional)
Salt to taste

All purpose flour   - 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs        - 1/2 cup
Water as needed
Oil for frying

Note : Clean chicken and cut chicken breast into a thin strips of 2 inch length.

Method:

Step 1 : Season chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, oregano and salt. Mix well and keep it aside.

Step 2 : Take all purpose flour in a bowl and mix well water. It should be thin paste in consistency. Take bread crumps in another plate and keep it ready.

Step 3 : Dip each chicken strips in all purpose flour thin paste and coat with bread crumbs. Set aside in a plate.

Step 4 : Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, drop coated chicken strips into oil and fry till it turns golden. Drain and serve with ketchup or dips.
