Chocolate Fudge


Chocolate Fudge is quite easy and quick to prepare whenever we have cravings for sweet. It just need three ingredients. It can be prepared within 2 to 3 mins in Microwave. Only you have to wait for setting time of chocolate fudge.Chocolate fudge can be prepared both in Microwave method and even in Double Boiler method.






Ingredients :




Chopped White/Milk/Dark Chocolate - 1 Cup

Condensed Milk - 1/3 Cup
Butter - 1 tbsp


Method :


Step 1 : Keep ready with parchment paper/butter paper/aluminium foil in a plate covered with all four sides.

Step 2 : Add all 3 ingredients into a Microwave Oven Safe Bowl. Keep it in the microwave oven in microwave mode for 1 min. Take out the bowl and stir it. Again keep it in the oven for another 30 secs interval until the chocolate melts. Don’t forget to stir once in every 30 secs.

Step 3 : Pour the melted mixture into pan lined with butter paper.

Step 4 : Let the fudge cool at room temperature or even you can keep it in the fridge. Later remove the chocolate fudge from butter paper and slice the chocolate into squares.

Ta da chocolate fudge is ready to eat. Yummmmm...

Keep the fudge in a dry jar and store in the cool place or fridge. You can add walnuts or any dry fruits of your choice.
